This audio by Gwyneth Moss is an excellent example of how to use EFT in a gentle way. When the practitioner sees the client’s intensity is high, the practitioner interrupts and redirects the client to describe a box or other container to hold the “the big one”. The directions are clear, and enhanced with a live example. While the focus of this audio was the use of this technique for guilt or shame, Gwyneth also says that this is great for working with friends and family because you can do it in a way that they don’t have to tell you everything. I found that particularly useful.
