I had a focused EFT session with Marketa several weeks ago,helping me to overcome the blocks that I was experiencing around developing some new healthy habits on moving house. I wanted to start open water swimming as it has been something I used to do all year round, a number of years ago and had got out of the habit. The session with Marketa was really successful, she asked some great questions that got to the heart of the matter and I can now happily say I'm on my 5th week of early morning swimming and have not looked back since.
