Emotional Field Therapy

Gwyneth says: Emotional Field Therapy is both EFT and is more than EFT. By holding our trusted and familiar tapping techniques within a framework of bigger ideas we can have a deeper understanding and be more effective. I want to share with you what I have learned and what I know from twenty five years of tapping and my scientific education.

Through teaching, demonstration and discussion we will cover my Level Three EFT training and much more. There will not be supervised practice and I will not offer certification. This is an opportunity for you to enrich your EFT skills and understand the broader context.

• Using the adult self wisdom to help the child self, thus healing the adult self
• Using imagery through Imagineering and Protective distancing
