A Reflective Space for Growth, Confidence & Connection. This is your space to pause, reflect and refine all things EFT in a safe and supportive environment – serving as a scaffold for your progress. Whether you’re navigating complex client dynamics, seeking to deepen your practice, or simply wanting to grow in confidence and competence, these sessions offer the professional guidance and community connection we all need to thrive.

With over 15 years of experience as a psychotherapist and certified EFT practitioner, I offer mentoring that blends clinical depth, intuitive presence, and practical know-how. Each session follows the needs of the group, offering space to explore the real challenges and celebrate the joys this work brings — from technique tweaks and client stuck points to inner blocks and business struggles. We learn with and from each other.

Whether you’re just starting out or have been practicing for a while, these hour long small-group sessions are designed to inspire, affirm and support you on your tapping journey. You’ll find space not just for skill-building, but for honest conversations, supportive community, and personal insight.

Each session is shaped by what you bring—and may include:

  • Case discussions and practical feedback
  • Exploration of tapping techniques and practitioner mindset
  • Support with complex client work and ethical considerations
  • Reflections on your growth edges and personal process
