Tapping for Heather as she approches her transition from this life
Deborah Sampson is hosting a zoom session for us to tap for Heather Carter who is in hospice care.
Here is an update from Moon and Heather's daughter
Good Morning Everyone, Heather and her daughters are grateful for your tapping, prayers and energetic support. After an interminably long wait in Emergency, Heather was admitted to the hospital and finally made more comfortable. Once they evaluated her, she was given a bed in Hospice where she is feeling safe and well cared for, for the first time in months. They are giving her medication for pain and procedures to help make her more comfortable as she transitions. It is unknown how much time she has left, however it is fair to say it won't be all that long. They will have a better idea as the week unfolds.
From Alice (one of Heather's daughters):
"It's wonderful to know the guild are thinking of her, it (that is to say, all of you) means so much to her and the session you all had the other week given her such an emotional boost.
She's quite groggy at the moment and quickly gets very tired, but she's still with it (as much as she ever was!) for the time being.
As far as energetic support goes, I will leave that to the experts! She's a bit miffed at how 'out of it', drowsy and tired she's feeling. Despite her absolute acceptance and lack of fear around dying, I think there might be a touch of a last minute desire to fight on, which from experience with my dad before he passed, seems fairly common.
I think she would appreciate energy to help her accept that she can't be totally independent any more and that there is no shame in that, to accept help when it's offered, to feel peaceful in herself and connected to her spirituality"
These are Alice's thoughts and as she says - you know best how to help and support Heather and she would love you to continue doing so as you feel called. Many of you wrote in to share what had unfolded when you tapped for Heather and each time without knowing the details of her situation, you were spot on with aspects of what she has been experiencing and needed support with. Each time we tap, pray and offer energetic support to each other it makes a HUGE difference. Heather, her family and the team that is supporting her can feel your energetic support. She is appreciative of the Guild, your role in her life and your support in her final days. We don't know how long it will be and your tapping and prayers continue to help her signficantly. I will switch to updating through the Sanctuary thread.
