An Introduction to the Heartstream Process

If you are interested in taking EFT to the next level in working with inner visuals, metaphors and the subconscious mind for yourself and with you clients then this class is for you!
The Heartstream Process® is a method that uses metaphorical language and imagery to ease emotional issues and negative beliefs bringing relief, restoration and a sense of renewal to a person’s state of mind and body. Incorporating EFT Tapping, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness and Energy Healing in a powerful synergy for healing.
Working with the Heartstream Process® is a safe and creative way of working that does not involve working directly with traumatic events but rather working with our own inner visuals and metaphors. It is also a very powerful and direct way of working with core beliefs.
The class will include a live demonstration which offers participants and opportunity to borrow benefits. Come along with an open heart and open mind. The class will be recorded.
Participants will have experience in EFT and take full responsibility for themselves.
