Anne says: I have been using EFT Tapping since 2011personally and in my work with others and when Gary Craig introduced Optimal EFT and The Unseen Therapist in 2014 I was immediately drawn to it. I have integrated it into my personal work and my work with others since then.
As with everything it has evolved over time and continues to evolve. While Optimal EFT has become a large part of my practice I love to follow the guidance as to which one to use, along with listening to what the client wants.
