Music and EFT are both better experienced in company, so they seem a perfect partnership. What you bring to the group will shape what happens. This group will be more of an improv or jam session than following a detailed score. Constriction shows up in many guises, in response to many things. "The body holds the score" and I expect we will be tending to it in this session - let's bring more harmony. (Hopefully you enjoy puns too. )
What is it that creates tightness in your body when you play/sing? A memory, a musical score, the image of an audience? Bring them with you so, together, we can bring more freedom and flow to this aspect of your life. Any level of musical accomplishment is welcome, from complete beginner to chart topping soloist. All that is needed is your love and enthusiasm for music and EFT. Also if you do not play or sing yet, but would like to, this may just be the place for you. It may even be that your participation in music is as a listener. If you are drawn to this group then it is for you.
Oonagh Tanner is an EFT practitioner from Nelson (top of the south island) New Zealand. In one of history's most unlikely turn of events she started learning to play French horn in her late 50's, whilst also joining a local adult beginner orchestra. Truly nothing is impossible, though frequently very challenging!! This group is being started to meet her need, in the hope that it will be useful to you too!!
