This is a brief "How To" tutorial showing how to utilise a favourite poem, or short piece of prose to produce a focused, effective EFT session; followed by a group discussion.
This technique can be for personal work and for work with clients.
It will be helpful to have a volunteer for a demonstration in this session.
Odet Beauvoisin is an Advanced Certified EFT Practitioner with both ACEP and EFTi and is an Approved Mentor with EFTi. She has been working as an EFT Practitioner with individuals and small groups since 2006.
These sessions can be counted towards EFTi annual CPD requirements.
