I have years of experience and have run many many surrogate session with mums of children from baby age until their forties! From children who wake up in the night to adult men with depression I explain what my thinking is as I go, the reasoning is behind my questions, Once you get the rationale, you will find your sessions flow.
Lesson 1 90 minutes - some explaining, a lot of demo, lots of discussion some practice. Homework - practice the technique. Lesson 2 - 1 hour - feedback, questions, more demo and feedback
