Ruthi says: I've been doing a free monthly Tapping Circle for my community for a few years and in July 2020 during COVID, the concerns brought to the call were way too big and heavy for a free group call. This led me to create a way to offer a group Tapping process that still helps everyone with their concerns without triggering others and while remaining respectful of the seriousness of people's issues.
I'm delighted to share this with Guild members so we can learn and possibly evolve this process together. I've recently started incorporating a modified version of Gwyneth's Traffic Light Tapping and found it works beautifully with this group method.
