This is an invitation to join Jondi for a thoughtful conversation on helping children through challenging times, natural or man-made. The increasing number and frequency of these challenges caused Deborah Miller and me to write the resource guide, Compassion in Action: Emotional First-Aid for Children. We’ll of course talk about that, but I was interested in talking to you about the 'big picture’ of how and when we can actually access or receive our beloved classic EFT Tapping - and it turns out that sometimes we can’t. We’re just not ready for that, in the moment. This is where Emotional First-Aid-style Tapping strategies come into play. That might be before you can even get started, or during a session, or later, when you find yourself suddenly triggered by something.
