Self Care for Practitioners

You will benefit most from joining all three sessions and are welcome to join us for one or two.
Please join me for:
Session 1 is on our barriers to self care. Practice a quick technique to identify the barriers you experience to regular self care practice, that you can also use on your own and with your clients.
Session 2 we will discuss the use of boundaries and use tapping and some helpful techniques to utilize between clients or anytime you feel you need some protection from absorbing others’ energy. We will discuss the creation of your Yes List ( for use in Session 3), and get an understanding of your daily ingredients that will keep you well. I’ll introduce the idea of creating your Recipe for Health, Wellness and Joy.
Session 3 will include tapping on any “leftovers,” and digging deeper into the creation of your Ingredients for Health, Wellness and Joy. We will utilize our “Yes Lists” to inform our next steps. We will also discuss where we are at and determine if there are other topics to dive into for a continuation of our time together, or for another round at another time.J
