When there is something we want - a relationship, a flourishing business, a career change, abundance, lifestyle changes or anything else - we can often get to the point of clearly knowing what it is we want and asking the universe for it. The final stage in this process is ALLOWING it.

That involves letting go, handing it over and SURRENDERING. In our experience as human beings that can be a real challenge. Maybe we do it for a while and then our minds get in the way trying to figure it out or questioning why it doesn't happen in our timescale. Or maybe it is really hard to completely let the outcome and timing go, and trust that by staying open, that whatever is for our highest good will manifest.

In this time together we will harness the group energy towards removing any and all blocks to truly allowing our lives to be fulfilled, complete and joy-filled. Unconditional love is there for all of us. As we remove whatever obstacles are in the way through clearing and healing past events, beliefs, stuck energy and emotions it truly can allow everything to flow.

Anne Ryan lives in Ireland and has been using EFT personally and professionally with clients for the past nine years. In the last couple of years she has been a member of Gary Craig's Optimal EFT course and integrates the Unseen Therapist and Optimal EFT when working with many of her clients.
