In The Sweet Life, we will Tap on the resistance to the idea of letting go or reducing your sugar intake. We’ll also do an exercise to help reduce the need for sugar in every cell of our bodies. Lastly, we’ll visualize fulfilling ways to create sweetness on your journey to a healthier, happier you.
