30 minutes of silent tapping.

These sessions of silent tapping (without words or specific thoughts) are open to all. Silent Tapping sessions provide a sacred space of connection with all that is. 

Even if you have only a minute or two to join in the session, that's absolutely fine - pop in and out of Zoom as you want or need to, without apology or explanation. And even if you don't have the time or the opportunity to get on line for every session, you can remind yourself - wherever you are - that you a still part of that connection. 

Take a breath or two and tune in, even for just a few seconds.

So, however hectic your life, give yourself the gift of silence and safety in a place where nothing needs to be said, or done, or changed or controlled or corrected; that place where there is perfect peace because there is nothing there but love. It's a healing space, where you can simply absorb source energy with deep acceptance and gratitude. 

If you have a specific issue on your mind, tap on it before the session if necessary and lay it aside during the silent tapping, trusting that going into that silent, loving space without attempting to direct the healing is astonishingly powerful and beneficial to your whole system. 

Centre yourself in your seat, allow your body to be grounded, breathe deeply and slowly and give yourself over to experiencing the vibration of the life within you: that oneness with the universe and everything within it. Use your breath and the tapping to bring yourself back gently if your mind wanders and simply be the experience.

By signing up here, you will receive email reminder(s) about the session(s) for which you have registered. You can choose from Wednesday or Friday evenings (or both by registering under each day).
