Human Design and EFT: Deborah Donndelinger

Human Design is a system that gives us a map of who we are energetically and practically.   My understanding of myself was turned upside down when I learned about design.  And my chart makes complete sense and gave me a sense of self that is very liberating and relaxing.    I really like who I am now.  :-)   

In this free group, I will introduce you to some basic insights from design and we will explore how you might use these insights in your own EFT work.    What's fun with a group is that we get to directly experience a range of designs. I will be running participants' charts ahead of time and using that in our discussion so you will get insights into your own chart if desired.    

Some examples of differences:  Some people need to talk a lot, some people need yes/no questions, some folks need quiet.  Some folks integrate very quickly, some need days or weeks.   Some folks need others to know what they are feeling.  Some folks are designed to take care of others. Some folks are made to make promises, some aren't.  And there is lots more ....     You can imagine how this can affect our EFT work.  I'm looking forward to sharing this with you."
