Weighty Issues - 6 Sessions

This is a self help group for women to work through their own issues around food and body image. It will be a safe space to share and support one another to accept our bodies and to heal our relationship with food.

To have continuity, all members will need to agree to attend 6 sessions. Each member of the group will have a chance to lead a session
