Global Tapivism with Jess Mor

This is a group for practising surrogate tapping and borrowing benefits. With so much 'bad' news broadcast 24 hours a day it can feel hard work to remain positive in the face of it but we are tappers so instead of (or as well as) taking political action we can tap.

Our starting point each session will be a global issue or concern that a group member has suggested. The group will be led through some surrogate tapping for this issue which will hopefully result in some shifts in our individual perspective and who knows perhaps affect the larger field too.

We will also be invited to bring a personal issue to work on via the borrowing benefits technique at the same time. Borrowing benefits can be a really fun and often surprisingly effective way of getting change on a personal issue in a safe and indirect way.

To finish we will check back on our starting ratings of subjective intensity for both the global and personal issues and share our experiences with the group.
