What I love about EFT? My story, my passion, my vision:
I first came across EFT years ago while reading a book. It was related to releasing fear and attracting more abundance - so naturally my curiosity was sparked instantly, and I began exploring it further - reading more books, watching videos, and practicing on my own.

I started incorporating EFT into my meditation practice and noticed the impact almost immediately. I felt calmer, clearer, and far less triggered in everyday life. That experience encouraged me to go deeper. I joined group sessions, then worked one-to-one with practitioners, and eventually completed formal training.

I became a therapist out of a genuine love for EFT and a deep belief in its ability to create meaningful change.

Today, I work with complete confidence in the transformative power of this work - not just professionally, but because I have lived it myself.
About my Practice:
You keep trying harder. But what if more effort isn't the answer?

You're doing the work. You're trying to make better choices, change your habits, think differently and move yourself forward.

But somehow, it still feels like you're pushing against something.
Maybe life feels harder than it needs to.

Maybe you're frustrated because you know you're capable of change, yet something keeps pulling you back into familiar patterns.

You might be thinking:
→ Why isn't all my effort making a difference?
→ Why do I keep getting in my own way?
→ Why does change feel so difficult?
→ What am I resisting without realising it?
→ What would happen if I stopped fighting myself?

That’s where I can help.

I’m an EFT therapist supporting adults who are ready to stop repeating the same automatic patterns.

You don't need to have a neatly defined problem to begin therapy.
My approach begins with curiosity.

Instead of asking only, “What should I do differently?”, we'll explore, “What's happening here?”

We'll look beneath the surface at the patterns, reactions and strategies that are silently influencing how you experience yourself and your life.

I use EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) alongside other therapeutic approaches to help you work with these deeper layers.

EFT is combines cognitive and somatic elements to help you explore an emotional experience while engaging the body's response systems through specific acupressure points. Research has found benefits across a range of areas, including stress, anxiety and emotional wellbeing.

The tapping is the tool; the deeper work is understanding and changing the response underneath it.

Our sessions provide a calm, supportive and confidential space to slow down and spot what no longer serves you, so it can be gently released.

You don't need to push yourself harder. You need to release the handbrake.

Other therapies I use alongside EFT:
I also trained in NLP, as I believe the two modalities (EFT and NLP) form a powerful and complementary duo.
How I use EFT:
  • Self Help
  • Friends and Family
  • Private Practice EFT and other therapies
