What I love about EFT? My story, my passion, my vision:
I love the versatility of EFT. It can be utilized anywhere at any time. It is wonderful to bear witness to the impacts EFT has on getting to the root of an issue.
About my Practice:
I am in private practice and work with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I utilize EFT in conjunction with Brainspotting, CBT, and solution-focused work to assist clients in managing challenging emotions and experiences.
