What I love about EFT? My story, my passion, my vision:
EFT is the most exciting training I have engaged with, to use in my therapy with clients.

I like the privacy it offers to clients, particularly where there has been trauma. It enables clients to let go of past events in a gentle and yet really powerful way. Clients will often seem stunned after a session of EFT as they seem wonder how something has shifted so quickly.

I think its a wonderful self soothing tool as well and I find quite a few of my clients have used this outside of our sessions and found it really beneficial.
About my Practice:
I’m a qualified therapist with a compassionate, down-to-earth approach, offering a safe, neutral space where you can share what you need to say, without judgment. I use a range of techniques to support people, including Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I want us to work out the best fit for you and make sure you feel comfortable. I’ve worked in a variety of roles and settings, all of which have shaped the therapist I am today. Alongside my private practice I currently work for a Primary Care Network in Newcastle, supporting people through a range of emotional and mental health challenges. Here are a couple of things that clients have said about me…
“As soon as I met with Natalie, I felt instantly at ease with her. Natalie is a very caring and compassionate person."
“The sessions were totally valuable and helped me reflect on life experiences and remind me of how I can deal with things in the future . I felt Natalie listened well and gave good strategies and I never felt judged or anything I said was silly.”
Other therapies I use alongside EFT:
I am an integrative practitioner, blending a Person-Centred approach and using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioural strategies.
How I use EFT:
  • Self Help
  • Friends and Family
  • Private Practice EFT and other therapies
