What I love about EFT? My story, my passion, my vision:
I love EFT. Sessions with my clients are deep, subtle, profound, direct healings. I love the creative process. I love how different each session is. I love the mystery of what arises as we connect in, the shifts that occur, and the empowerment that is there for people. I love being deeply present people within the supportive framework of this healing tool. And I love being able to share with someone a simple and direct tool for self regulation and connection that they can take home with them.
What I like about practicing EFT on my own as a personal practice tool is that I find it so powerful to bring attention and support to what I'm experiencing in the moment, without the need to change or alter it, just by bringing attention and support, by connecting and articulating and then through tapping and moving energy through my channels healing arises. I always experience a sense of wholeness and release of fragmentation and constriction, along with wisdom and insight as the layers bubble up for healing and clarity emerges. I also like having an effective and simple tool that is helping me to rewire my brain and to abandon many of the unhelpful habit patterns that became ingrained through many years of illness.
One of the things I love about working with a practitioner is the experience of having my inner experience reflected to me; I feel deeply listened to, understood and heard and this along with the tapping is so healing for me.
