What I love about EFT? My story, my passion, my vision:
I am truly grateful EFT has come into my life. I went through depression for a number of years and having had CBT therapy I became good at stepping back from thoughts and changing them but thought something was wrong with me as I would not be worrying but still feel an anxious feeling in my body. That's when I discovered the subconscious mind and EFT! Helping me to reconnect with my feelings I had shut off from and heal on a deeper level.
It was so refreshing to feel it's okay to feel the way I did/do and to have compassion for that part of myself I'd rejected. In this process I have started to access inner peace, confidence and self love.
My heartfelt passion is to help end the stigma related to emotions and to help people to heal & reconnect to their hearts so they can access the peace their heart longs for and to feel content within who they are embracing their imperfections, feel empowered and live the life they dream of. When we change how we feel within our lives will change! Inside the barriers we put around our hearts to “protect“ us from feeling emotional pain is the treasure we deeply seek. Limitless confidence, courage, creativity, motivation, intuition, healing abilities & a peace nothing can touch. It makes my heart sing guiding people to their treasure.
