What I love about EFT? My story, my passion, my vision:
When I found EFT - or it found me (?) - in 2005 it felt like Christmas and Birthday in one. This was after working with people who had spent endless years in therapies re-telling the same story.
About my Practice:
I seem to attract people who have had childhood trauma and those with auto-immune conditions.
Other therapies I use alongside EFT:
Hypnotherapy, NLP, Magenta Therapy, Emotrance, Somatic Experiencing, Z-Point, Mindfulness.
