What I love about EFT? My story, my passion, my vision:
I love how so many people are shocked into understanding that they are able to shift painful emotions, rid themselves/ourselves of past baggage and literally lighten up! I originally trained with Gwyneth only intending to do Level 1 out of curiosity more than anything else..............this has led me to a growing EFT Practice, a desire to then learn hypnosis and hypnotherapy, thrown in with a big dose of Anthony Robbins Strategic Intervention work. Just want to be the best therapist I can combining different skills as and when.
