What I love about EFT? My story, my passion, my vision:

EFT is everybody's freedom techniques and I love that everybody can learn to help everybody else. Nearly twenty years of tapping and EFT has become more and more simple for me. Though I can still get down, tapping has cleared out the big bogeys of the past and life is now what I make it. I love seeing people change and then seeing them help others. Whenever I try to leave EFT it pulls me back.

About my Practice:

Is something blocking you? Is your past intruding into your present and clouding your future? My work is getting people free of the emotions, behaviours and false truth's of the past so that they can set a course for the future. I see people for one to one EFT sessions of an hour, or whole/half day intensives at Ilkley Healing Centre. Working as a group is a great way to get more benefit and I welcome group appointments. My mission, delight and business is to teach people how to help others (and themselves) with EFT, mainly I am a trainer. Over ten years of teaching my focus has been how people best learn EFT and from that how best to teach them. In my spare time I run the Guild.

Other therapies I use alongside EFT:

I did train in hypnosis, NLP and Human Givens psychotherapy, however those are in the background now and the only therapy I use with EFT is TAT, Tapas Acupressure Technique.
