Especially in these times, there is so much we cannot control, but we can change our own thoughts, emotions and physical habits surrounding our body, exercise and eating. This seems even more important now, as we are all so much more inward focused.

Robin will send you an invoice when you sign up. If you can't attend live, you can still get the recordings of the group tap and the daily tappings and be part of an accountability team. If the money is challenging for you at this time, email Robin, no one will be turned away.

A couple of years ago, some of us did a 21+ day tapping group for a healthy weight and body, which was super helpful for me, and I am inspired to run it again.

Here is the program description:

Is there something you would like to change for good in your body? There are 5 steps to change, and wherever each of us is in this process is totally fine! This will be helpful whether you are in Step 1 or Step 5.

The 5 Steps to Change

1 - Precontemplation (Not ready for change) - I Won’t or I Can’t. I know I need it, but can’t deal with it, not now.

2 - Contemplation (Thinking about change) - I May. I’m considering it, but it feels difficult or impossible. I’m weighing the benefits against the effort.

3 - Preparation (Preparing for action) - I Will. Motivation is strong, and possible solutions are thought out.

4 - Action (Taking Action) - I Am. I’ve identified new behavior and am taking action consistently.

5 - Maintenance - (Maintaining a Good Behavior) - I Still Am. Success and staying.

Let's come together to tap! Scientific studies have shown that EFT is effective in helping people attain and maintain their goal weight. That’s because it doesn’t rely on diets or restrictions, but takes aim at the emotional issues that underlie food cravings and overeating. Throughout the classes we will address:

- is it safe or possible to feel happy in and about our bodies

- limiting beliefs (it's not safe, or possible, to be slim)

- family patterns

- addictive habits

- relationship factors

- creating our own healthy eating plan

We will have 3 powerful, going-deep group tapping sessions on June 9, 16, 23

In addition, there will be three other supports to your success:

#1 - Habit & Momentum: A 3-Minute Tapping Topic to your inbox every day for 27 days.

#2 - Daily Anchor - in addition to the 3 minutes of tapping, you will install a new positive vibration of one word each day as you go about your daily life.

#3 - Teamwork & Accountability: We will have 3-person accountability teams to support each other via email. Optional.

There is a £45 or $55 fee for this series, Robin will send you an invoice when you sign up.
