What I love about EFT? My story, my passion, my vision:
I love being able to feel better physically and emotionally with some simple tapping techniques and I really love being able to help other people feel better, too. I found EFT in 2006 when a friend shared it with me for sciatic pain. The pain disappeared in 10 minutes and I was so stunned that I had to know more. I also had a long battle with lymphoma which resulted in me undergoing chemotherapy in 2011. As difficult as it was on my body, it was also challenging for my mental state. I was able to use EFT throughout the process, which brought me into a state of peace and calm. So much so, that nurses would visit me to ask what I was doing to stay so peaceful! Since then, I have studied and practiced EFT with many trainers and practitioners.
